Fostering Emotional Relationship With Customers

Increasingly aware that in winning the retail business competition, relying on product assortment and price is not always effective. Relying product assortment, in a relatively short time will be imitated by competitors. Similarly, with the price, competitors will quickly match the selling price of its products. What happened instead is a price war which unprofitable for both side at a later date.

Another way that actually inexpensive but difficult to imitate is to foster an emotional relationship with your customers. Examples of emotional bond that works is when millions of people willing to send an SMS to his favorite candidate in a talent show on television. If thousands of people who never even met face to face with the people it supports just about to give support, why can not store manager and his staff who meet customers every day? They should be able to build a closer emotional bond with customers. With a close emotional bond, the customer you have will be difficult to move to shop at other stores. 1. Remember your customer name

2. Find out your customers birth day and several members of their families, and provide a surprise on their birthday.

3. Have their phone numbers just in case if there is a product that if indeed they need.

4. Remember that routine items they buy, and make sure the goods are always available in stores.

5. Facilitate and assist them in taking care of after sales service.

Those are some examples of small things that can establish an emotional connection with customers is becoming increasingly tight. Your closeness with your customers will create a lot of customers who are loyal to your store. And ultimately your sales will always be maximal.
